Our returns tracking network operates on a strict 14 day clearance window from the exact date your capsule package is delivered to your physical sector coordinates. If 14 days have passed since your tracking confirmation logged a successful delivery, your sector allocation is permanently locked and ineligible for system credit or exchange.

02 // CONDITION FOR VALUATION AUDIT

To be eligible for an inventory swap or return, your items must remain in their original vault state. They must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free of perfumes, stains, or debris. All original custom tags, hardware accessories, and industrial packaging elements must be attached and returned intact.

03 // EXCLUSIONS & NON-RETURNABLE SECTORS

Because all premium garments including our 500GSM fleece hoodies, 420GSM canvas track jackets, and 14oz rigid denim sets are produced under highly restricted, limited volume allocations, we do not offer cash refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections.  All approved returns are issued strictly as digital store gift cards or inventory exchanges, subject to active stock availability.

04 // LOGISTICS & RETURN ROUTING

To initialize a return audit, you must contact our operations control room directly at contact@voiddict.com If your return request is verified by management, you will be issued a secure return authorization code and the designated return depot coordinates. You are entirely responsible for routing your own return package shipping costs. We highly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping provider; we do not guarantee receipt of unverified return shipments.

05 // EXAMINATION PROTOCOLS

Once your physical unit arrives back at our operations terminal, it will undergo a thorough manual quality inspection. You will receive an automated email log confirming the approval or rejection of your return. Approved items will receive an active digital store credit voucher code within 5 business days.
